Setup Time:
Tables will be ready for exhibitor setup at 4:00 pm on Monday, October 2 or starting at 7:30 am on Tuesday October 3
Tabletop Display includes:
6-foot skirted table
- Exhibitor tables are 6’ x 2’ and include:
- a covered table
- 2 chairs
- a tent card with company name (provided by Av Week)
Display Guidelines:
- 1-2 roll-up type banners are permitted behind your table. (Not to exceed 38 inches/1m each or 76 inches/2m total. Roll up banners must fit behind your table
- All signage, monitors, literature stands, table skirts, materials must fit on your table.
- Pop-up displays are not allowed. This refers to freestanding banners with gridwork
- Any materials (nails, glue, etc.) that may cause permanent damage to walls and floors are not allowed.
- Hanging signs are not allowed.
Shipping:
Parcels for events held in the Hotel may be delivered up to three (3) days prior to event. The shipment must be addressed to the guest responsible for claiming the parcel at the Hotel.Parcels should be addressed to:
